Dibya Prakash Charitable Trust is a Government Registered Organisation executed at Bargarh on dated 6th May 2009 before District Sub-Registrar, Bargarh under the Indian Trust Act. 1882 and religious Trust Act. 1920 to celebrate national event, independence and republic day and other festival and also honour the national heroes, freedom fighters etc. Besides this it works to develop Social, Economical, Environmental, Physical, Financial, Educational standard of our nation by creating the important platforms in different fields for Children, Youth, Men & Women, Old age.

The Dibya Prakash Charitable Trust can be affiliated with any other associations or ministries in India. This Trust shall be able to sub-divide or frame sub-branches in region groups, which can be judicial independent, or not. The region groups which are not independent, but shall be placed under the "Dibya Prakash Charitable trust". And if whichever associations or branches will be opened and worked, it will be established under the name of Dibya Prakash Charitable Trust and may be or may not be given or changed any other name of that new Trust trhough the Dibya Prakash Charitable Trust.
a) All moneys received from the state-cum-Central Government.
b) All moneys received by the trust by way of grants, gifts donations, beneficiaries, bequests and transfers.
c) All moneys received by the Trust in any other manner or form any other source. (NGO-cum-Trust).
